1. Seller
CyberScope ("we", "us") is operated by STEM IT Lab Extension LLC. Contact: uzrasyeda@stemitlab.com.
2. Merchant of Record
Payments for CyberScope are processed by Paddle.com Market Limitedand its affiliates ("Paddle"), who acts as the Merchant of Record (MoR) for all orders. Paddle is responsible for billing, payment processing, tax collection and remittance, fraud protection, and providing invoices. Your purchase receipt is issued by Paddle.
3. The service
CyberScope is a defensive security reconnaissance tool that returns DNS, SSL/TLS, email-authentication, HTTP security-header, infrastructure, and technology-fingerprint information about a domain or IP. Output is informational only and is not a guarantee of security or compliance.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use CyberScope only against assets you own or are explicitly authorised to assess. You will not:
- Scan third-party assets without permission.
- Use the service to facilitate intrusion, denial of service, or any unlawful activity.
- Resell, sublicense, or expose the service via your own API without our written consent.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or model data.
5. Credits & purchases
Scans are consumed from prepaid scan credits attached to your account. Credits do not expire and are non-transferable. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
6. Intellectual property
All software, branding, and report formats are the property of STEM IT Lab Extension LLC and protected by applicable IP laws. You retain ownership of the targets you scan and the resulting reports we generate for you.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or initiate chargebacks. Remaining credits on terminated accounts are forfeit.
8. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
