Refund Policy

Refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not consumed more than half of the credits in the pack you purchased. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle (our Merchant of Record).

How to request a refund

  1. Email uzrasyeda@stemitlab.com with the email used at checkout and your Paddle order ID.
  2. Or open the receipt Paddle emailed you and click "Request a refund".

Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days. Once issued, the credits granted by the refunded purchase are removed from your account balance.

Non-refundable items

  • Packs where more than half of the credits have already been consumed.
  • Requests made after the 14-day window.
  • Accounts terminated for breach of our Terms.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we resolve almost all disputes within 24 hours.
